Our Society has been ever active this year with events, whether displays or shows, wherever we could find the people and flowers to attend. The length of Queensland is represented in this summary of the occasions for which photos are available.

2-3 May The venue is the Caboolture
Historical Village.
8-9 May President Gynith Whatmough
with Greg Lindsay and others attended the Cairns Tropical Gardens Show.
16 May This was another of those highly informative Field Days at Greg and Julie Lindsay's Hibiscus Paradise Nursery with guest speakers on many topics.
30 May This venue was the North Pine Country Park for Heritage Week.
4-5 June Still another promotion at the Lowood Agricultural Show.
12-13 June The Buderim Branch Show was at Caloundra.
2-4 July Just about the best gardening
venue of the year is the Nursery Industry Association Garden Expo at Nambour.
5-14 Aug.
  The Royal Queensland Show seemed to last forever!
28 Aug. Here is our display at the Glenwood Aged Care Hostel.
3-4 Sept.
  Three images from the Red Cross Chelsea Flower Show at Sunnybank.
3-4 Sept. We presented a display at the 50th Anniversary of the Redlands Horticultural Society.
17-18 Sept. The Birkdale Fair Shopping Centre display was ably manned.
25-26 Sept.
  Gynith and Dell and John Humphreys manned the display at the Hervey Bay Garden Expo.
30 Sept to
1-2 Oct.
The Capalaba Park Shopping Centre was another opportunity to display flowers and information.
