Maryborough District Family History Society Inc. has won several awards, providing a source of pride and inspiration for the future.  The Society itself has a history that members can be proud of !

Winner in a competition run by the Federation of Family History Societies in England called "Threads of Family History" was this quilt made by Maryborough District Family History Society Inc.  The exhibition toured England for one year.

In the FFHS Web Award, a 2001 competition run by the Federation of Family History Societies in England, our Maryborough District Family History Society Inc. website was commended as the Best Australian Entry, and placed seventh overall out of 53 entrants worldwide.
